"The key to securing a sale quickly in this market - and keeping the market active - is pricing correctly, in line with the true market value to avoid stagnation," he adds. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/307315/image/large-b85615d73a4f77d067b44aaf39d04929.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/307315">Frankie Maxwell, US Sales and Charter Director agrees: "It is a saturated market with more sellers than buyers; as sellers gradually accept that price reductions are necessary to sell, I believe we will see the market start to come back to life. Everyone is looking for the best deal, whether on a charter rate or purchase; this is where our brokers have an opportunity to negotiate, advise and demonstrate what they do best for their clients."The company remains at the forefront of all market changes, one of which can be seen from the increasing demand for more eco-conscious choices. Michel Chryssicopoulos, Global Managing Partner, explains: "Both sail and motor catamarans seem to be gaining significant popularity. The 56.69 metre superyacht Lady Linda has been sold in an in-house deal at International Yacht Collection. Built by the US shipyard Trinity Yachts in 2012, she has an aluminium hull and superstructure. First look onboard charter superyacht Lady Linda

Earlier this month we already published some photos of Trinity Yachts' latest superyacht, Lady Linda, as she arrived in Europe, and now the builder has officially announced the delivery of this 57 metre tri-deck semi-displacement custom built aluminum superyacht. This is the third Trinity for a Florida couple. Celebrated interior designer, Evan Marshall of London, has set her luxurious entertaining and accommodations tone within a contemporary design. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/140141/image/large-30dd30dbe2bfb6a08822e3e732bf7f0b.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/139969">Of paramount importance to the owners, Lady Linda needed to be built for berthing behind their Florida residence, to be capable of handling the shallow waters of the Bahamas and to provide guests matching accommodations. By designing her with an expansive 33’4” (10.2m) beam, Trinity Yachts accomplishes these critical requests. In pictures: 57 metre Lady Linda arrives in Europe

Trinity Yachts has announced the launch of the exquisite Lady Linda, a 187’ (57.0m) Tri-Deck Semi-Displacement custom built aluminum superyacht. She is every meter an example of Trinity’s trademark naval architecture, exterior styling and unfaltering engineering. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/137353/image/large-da5dd8b5b084ac2065b016c80e7cea77.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/137353">Incorporating the superb maneuverability trend of recent Trinity superyachts, Lady Linda’s minimal 8’ (2.4m) draft allows her access to shallow-water ports and destinations, those generally unavailable to yachts of similar length and size. Lady Linda also features an expansive 33’4” (10.2m) beam. Celebrated interior designer, Evan Marshall of London, has set her luxurious entertaining and accommodations tone within a contemporary design. Lady Linda’s forward main deck full-width king master suite allows for ample relaxation opportunity, ensuite his shower, her shower and Jacuzzi. More Lady Linda’s roomy size allows for a large owner’s office as part of the master suite. Conscientious of sound mind and body, the owner has also specified a half-beam gym aft of the pilothouse —which is easily converted into a guest cabin. Four half-beam guest staterooms are located amidships below. Lady Linda’s crew quarters—including a spacious lounge—are also equipped with top-of-the-line utilities and comforts. The pilothouse deck—which is air conditioned aft—is replete with a full-beam skylounge and large aft deck. Her partially enclosed flybridge is fitted with a large bar and seating, and a hot tub on the sundeck ensures repose. The flybridge is “touch and go” heli-ready and is equipped with a davit suitable for rescue tender, jet skis and water toys. Trinity Yachts launch superyacht Lady Linda

Burgess has announced that superyacht Lady Linda, due to be delivered in January, 2012, has joined their charter fleet. Under construction at Trinity Yachts, Lady Linda is 56.9 metre in length with a large palatial yet contemporary interior designed by Evan Marshall. She can accommodate 12 guests in 6 staterooms and a crew of up to 14 in 7 cabins. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/136954/image/large-9b0ba964f077c6067b3cc4b9ade977f8.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/136954">The yacht will be available for charter in the Bahamas from February to April 2012.
