Delivered in 2022 by the Turkish shipyard <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/224" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Turquoise Yachts (Company)">Turquoise Yachts</a>, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/5994" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Roe73.6m (241'6&quot;)Turquoise Yachts2022">Roe</a>’s exterior lines are the work of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/289" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Studio Vallicelli Design (Company)">Studio Vallicelli Design</a>, while her inviting interior was created by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/148" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Ken Freivokh Design (Company)">Ken Freivokh Design</a>. Her expansive decks reveal a social layout designed for life at sea, with generous alfresco lounges, a main deck pool, multiple Jacuzzi areas and a full-beam beach club that opens directly onto the water’s edge. Below deck, accommodation for up to 14 guests is arranged across seven staterooms, supported by a crew of 21. She is also often accompanied by her 27.3-metre support yacht <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/7602" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Roe Shadow27.3m (89'7&quot;)Lynx Yachts2020">Roe Shadow</a>. 74m Turquoise superyacht Roe in Saint Martin

The 74m superyacht Roe, built by Turquoise Yachts in 2022, was recently seen cruising in Saint Martin. 

The 50 metre Proteksan Turquoise Odessa is the latest superyacht to join the expanding charter fleet of Edmiston &amp; Company. Odessa joins Edmiston charter fleet

Odessa is the fifth Dubois designed yacht built by Proteksan-Turquoise and at least two more are under construction. The interior of this steel hulled yacht was designed by Jonny Horsfield of H2 Yacht Design. According to her central agents, CNI, Odessa will be available for charters in the Caribbean this winter.By Merijn de Waard

Odessa anchored off Cap d’Antibes

CNI’s presence at the Fort Lauderdale Show (FLIBS07) was their most successful to date with some stunning yachts on display, including the 48m <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/768">Kanaloa</a> from CRN, the 35m Azure Leisure form Palmer Johnson, and a 35m Benetti Classic <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/333">Grand Coroto</a>, amongst many others on display at one of CNI’s two locations at the Face Dock and the Las Olas Marina where new CA <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/1243">Griff</a> was shown. CNI had an extremely successful show with some brokers announcing numerous offers on just the second day. CNI’s VIP treatment Reflecting the social scene, CNI hosted a couple of fun events during the show, including the annual Captain’s Dinner, held once again at Chima on Las Olas Blvd, in association with Bank of America. Global Marine Travel (GMT) graciously donated an air ticket for a raffle won by Captain Andre Peens of <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/81">Princess Mariana</a>. CNI’s Crewed Affair crew party, now in its third year, was held on the Friday preceding the show. This year CNI partnered with Dockwalk magazine and GMT in hosting what has become a really fun pre-show party. Over 400 crew, captains and friends, attended. This year CNI brought a Carbon Neutral dimension to their participation with a fleet of hybrid cars to chauffeur clients around the show in. The distinctive green pennants could be seen from quite some distance which was useful considering the inordinate amount of traffic. Those who came to CNI’s VIP outdoor lounge were ushered into the indoor Café due to the weather. The food was superb and ensured that a crowd of guests (and CNI staff) packed it every day of the show. On the opening day CNI were pleased to assist Yacht Accent, the yacht furnishings company, in hosting a small private reception to meet the designer Giovanna Locatelli. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/123693/image/large-fbf53e6bcef99836018e974303a63709.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/123693">George Nicholson, Chairman of CNI, was recognized for his many achievements and involvement in the yachting industry by receiving the International Superyacht Society’s coveted Award for Leadership. The ISS held their annual gala dinner on 25 October at the Marriott Harbour Drive to a Polynesian theme. In Mr Nicholson’s absence the award was picked up by CNI’s CEO Jillian Montgomery. The event also saw Maltese Falcon snatch up a series of awards. Antigua Starting off the winter season in the Caribbean, the Antigua Yacht Charter Meeting, from the 5th to 11th December, welcomes 15 yachts, including a recent offering from the Proteksan-Turquoise yards, the newly launched 50m <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/857">Odessa</a>; and the brand new 33.5m Turkish Gulet Shanti. CNI onboard for the Superyacht Cup Antigua CNI are one of the latest sponsors to sign up for The Superyacht Cup Antigua, which will be held in Antigua in Nelson’s Dockyard from the 12 – 15 December 2007. The SYC Antigua entry list currently stands at 8 yachts, including the 35m Sojana from CNI, with another 4 promising to confirm shortly. Following on from the Antigua Yacht Charter Meeting, the Superyacht Cup is a great way to kick off the Caribbean season, giving owners and crew the perfect opportunity to get out and do some great sailing before they go off around the Caribbean for the winter season.

The 50 meter Odessa was recently completed by the Turkish shipyard Proteksan-Turquoise. The past 12 months have made for an incredible year in the new-build market for CNI, with many exciting projects and deliveries now coming onto the charter market. Expect to see some fresh names among existing favourites as the CNI charter division welcomes four new launches to the fleet and five new central agency listings.Due for launch in March 2008, <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/508">Amnesia</a> is the third in the line of successful Amnesia’s and is an evolution in design. Her interior and exterior have been conceived by the owner in conjunction with Redman Whiteley Dixon, and she is built by the renowned Benetti shipyard. Following her recent refit her spacious interior will have a brand new décor throughout and she will be in as new condition, available for charter in the Caribbean from December. Based in Miami, the 36.6m Oceanfast <a href="http://www.superyachttimes.com/yachts/details/1391/">Never Say Never</a>'s Captain Rubin Smith has an extensive knowledge of cruising the Bahamas. The 51.4m <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/856">Lazy Z</a> from Oceanco is returning to the CNI fleet for charter and will be available in the Caribbean this coming winter season, as will be the 36m Westport Symphony II. A new addition to the CNI fleet and showing at the Antigua Charter Show she accommodates eight guests in four cabins.The 34.8m Lady Rita by Northcoast Yachts, launched in 1998 has been refit to immaculate condition. Available in the Caribbean this Winter and then for Summer in the Bahamas her new interior boasts sea foam and sand tones throughout, complemented by a Jacuzzi on the upper deck, with barbeque and wet bar. And finally, the 23m sailing yacht Carle Linn from Rodrigo Olson joins the CNI charter fleet, with her debut during the Antigua Yacht Charter Show in December followed by a Caribbean winter season.

New additions to CNI’s charter fleet

CNI’s presence took a new form this year at the 17th Monaco Yacht Show with single and double-tiered stands on the Quai des Etats-Unis. For the third consecutive year CNI, in partnership with the Monaco Yacht Show, made the show CarbonNeutral, by measuring the source and levels of greenhouse gases produced from the travel, electricity and waste of the exhibiting companies – as well as the electricity and waste of the yachts and stands – and offsetting them with dedicated programmes. The social scene at the show saw CNI hosting several events including the CNI Gala Dinner, a CNI cocktail evening at the Monaco Yacht Club, a CNI crew party at the Miramar, as well as an evening onboard the 50m <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/195">Andale</a>. On the eve of the opening of the show, CNI started its long series of social events with a splendid evening at the Yacht Club de Monaco, in association with Mercedes and Sotheby’s Realty. The annual CNI gala evening, in association with Kaupthing Singer &amp; Friedlander, and in collaboration with Cartier and Mercedes, took place at the Monte Carlo Beach Hotel on Wednesday 19th September, in the presence of 220 select clients and friends. Guests were invited to race America’s Cup replica models from the Gstaad Yacht Club on the pool whilst enjoying wine tastings supplied by Ficoffi, followed by a gourmet dinner by the pool, with a stunning jewellery and fashion show by Cartier and Lanvin between courses, and entertainment by magicians. On Friday the 21st September, CNI concluded a hectic week with a cocktail party on board <a href="#managed-by-application" data-legacy="true" data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/195">Andale</a>. The party was held in collaboration with Elite Traveler and One&amp;Only resorts, as well as Sotheby’s Realty. Guests were entertained with various styles of music on the packed three decks.
