Venice Boat Show - 2021

The Giorgio Armani Superyacht Regatta 2023 will be returning in June for its 16th edition, held in the glorious waters surrounding Sardinia. Organised by the YCCS, with the support of title sponsor Giorgio Armani, the regatta is open to sailing yachts of over 27 metres and multihulls of over 15 metres, and is a week filled with superb competitive racing.

Portofino Regate di Primavera 2023 is an invitation-only sailing event filled with some of the best-known Italian boat manufacturers. The regatta returns in June, and will include all of the traditional events, as well as a few new ones. The season’s most important event, the Rolex Giraglia, comprises three days of inshore racing from Sanremo/Saint-Tropez to Genoa.

Bernard Gallay Yacht Brokerage has announced that the 23.95 metre catamaran Pelicano has been sold, in an inhouse deal. Built by Tropic Composites in 2005 and a sistership to Song Saigon, she features naval architecture by Joubert Nivelt. On board she accommodates guests over three double cabins.<img alt="" src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/153758/image/large-dbe57a1711819e2d5b7f58765614d8c9.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/153758" class="legacy">She features large exterior deck spaces, with a shaded table area to enjoy the best of al fresco dining. In regards to her performance, she is powered by twin Beaudouin diesel engines which give her a maximum speed of 13 knots and a cruising speed of 10 knots. She has a range of 3,800 nm.
