From the lazarette, guests can continue the fun and games out onto the beach platform via the large stern hatch. The interior layout has been devised to accommodate up to three guests in two large staterooms, while a crew of four is housed in two double crew cabins towards the fore.&nbsp;Powered by twin 800 hp <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1441" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="MAN (Company)">MAN</a> engines, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/7602" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Roe Shadow27.3m (89'7&quot;)Lynx Yachts2020">Roe Shadow</a> reaches a maximum speed of 13 knots and cruising speed of 12 knots. Following her delivery, she will now be moving to the Mediterranean for the summer season.

During a low-key launch event this week, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/3031" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Lynx Yachts (Company)">Lynx Yachts</a> set the 27.3-metre <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/7602" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Roe Shadow27.3m (89'7&quot;)Lynx Yachts2020">Roe Shadow</a> sail for the first time in Nijkerk, the Netherlands. The second hull of the YXT 24 Evolution series showcases exterior lines designed by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/4789" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Bernd Weel Design (Company)">Bernd Weel</a>, naval architecture by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/7" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Diana Yacht Design B.V. Two large cabins amidships can be used for the storage of sports and laundry equipment. Lynx Yachts launches 27m YXT 24 Evolution shadow yacht Roe Shadow

With the aim of creating a more adaptable yacht for the next generation of explorers, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/3031" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Lynx Yachts (Company)">Lynx Yachts</a> created the “yacht extender” YXT series and the 27.3-metre YXT 24 Evolution model. SYT takes a closer look at the YXT 24 Evolution support vessel offered by Lynx Yachts. 

Dutch yard Lynx Yachts has announced the sale of their latest YXT series: a fully custom 27.1-metre YXT 24 Evolution superyacht support vessel.<img src="/uploads/store/photo/36553/image/large-ffe419cd7a0758d7bddab6c656c351d2.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/36553">Her new owner, who already owns a larger yacht, is a water sports enthusiast, particularly for kite-surfing, scuba-diving, catamaran and boat-sailing. The YXT 24 will answer these needs and can transport the necessary toys, equipment and extra guests. In addition, the model has a knuckle boom crane able to haul toys - in this case, a catamaran - kept on the beach platform.&nbsp;The yard's Sales and Marketing Manager, Filippo Rossi, describes the new owner as "a real gentleman, passionate about the sea and a true watersport lover. All the solutions for this yacht have been studied with him and his team and I am sure, once delivered, this shadow vessel will enormously increase the pleasure at sea for him and his guests.” &nbsp;<img src="/uploads/store/photo/36554/image/large-8a62775daa7437e0f2071e0b88fbfa13.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/36554">The custom vessel features exterior design from the Dutch studio Bernd Weel Design, interior design by Darnet Design and engineering from Diana Yacht Design.&nbsp;On board, she will accommodate two guests in one luxurious double stateroom and two double cabins for the crew, plus a laundry room equipped with an iron station, washing machines and dryers as well as an extra fridge area to store food and beverages to support the mother ship.&nbsp;In addition, the lower deck features a beach club, with direct access to the beach platform and a storage area for scuba-diving and kite-surfing equipment. &nbsp;Powered by twin 588 kW engines, she will achieve a top speed of 13 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots, with an impressive range at 10 knots of 1,400 nm, including 27 kW generator output.Delivery of the vessel to her new owner is scheduled for the end of 2019.&nbsp;
