Horizon Yachts has announced the launch of the first Horizon V80 motoryacht, 24.90 metre The One. The superyacht has been delivered to her first time owner in Taiwan.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/150071/image/large-03f4b1060a8f40adebffcaccb556af1c.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/150071">After meeting with Horizon’s in-house designers, the owner chose the V80 motoryacht, noting the 20’6” beam as a selling point as it provides a functional space for his family, entertaining guests and business demands. Design and construction of The One took around one year in total, and the owner was heavily involved in the process to ensure she was outfitted for the family’s lifestyle.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/150072/image/large-c1e4b6fcb6e1f6841434b7e32768b2cf.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/150072">She features a number of custom items: a three stateroom layout below deck, with an oversize master; a mahjong area forward of the salon on the main deck; and the galley aft of the engines in lieu of a crew area. Equipped with twin MAN V12 1360HP engines, she cruises at 20.6 knots, with a maximum speed of 24.2 knots.By Gemma Fottles
