The 49.30-metre <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/18" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Amels (Company)">Amels</a> superyacht <a href="https://www.superyachttimes.com/yachts/vibrance" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="">Vibrance is for sale</a> with <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/158" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Fraser (Company)">Fraser</a> yacht brokers. The custom-built <a href="https://www.superyachttimes.com/yachts/amels/for-sale" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="">Amels yacht for sale</a> was launched in 2004, with interior and exterior design penned by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/41" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Donald Starkey Designs (Company)">Donald Starkey</a>, and executed by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/5208" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Metrica GmbH & Co. At this time her interior furnishing and bridge electronics were replaced and her generators were rebuilt, she also had a complete repaint. After being on the market for nearly a year with central agents Bristow-Homes, the 49.3-metre motor yacht <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/828" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Vibrance49.3m (161'9&quot;)">Volpini</a> has found a new owner. After leaving a lasting impression on the buyer during the 2017 Monaco Yacht Show, the vessel was acquired by her new owner this month and subsequently has the vessel renamed as <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/828" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Vibrance49.3m (161'9&quot;)">Vibrance</a>. <img src="/uploads/store/photo/46379/image/large-0285ff65a1b6450d51d13c3bc2c5db97.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/46379"><a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/828" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Vibrance49.3m (161'9&quot;)">Volpini</a> was custom built at Amels in 2004 to a design by Donald Starkey and first launched as Larissa. Having been listed for sale at an asking price of €18,500,000, the buyer was represented by Josh Gulbranson of Fraser Yachts.

Amels have redelivered superyacht Volpini, following a major refit, which the Dutch yard describes as "nothing short of a rebirth while ensuring the integrity of the yacht’s original character." The scope of work included a full repaint, interior customisation, machinery and electronics upgrades.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/149742/image/large-fddf727dffcd2433322e7b97ae3df6aa.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/149742">Owner Representative Ben Young of SYM oversaw the project originally delivered by Amels in 2004. “After months of consultations with leading designers and a review of proposals from refit yards around the world, the decision was taken to return the yacht to Holland and back into the careful hands of the Amels team.”As to why the new owner choose Amels, Ben commented: “We wanted it to look seamless, so you don’t notice it’s had the refit. The team did a fantastic job. I would strongly recommend to anyone with a yacht of that quality to return back to the shipyard that built her to ensure absolute consistency and maintain the integrity of the yacht.”<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/149743/image/large-b64afee4a5f56bce9771772d3b10ba80.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/149743">Captain Nathan McFadyen commented: “The owner wanted it to look exactly as it looked ten years ago when it was brought out. This collaboration ensured a top quality yacht with a light, comfortable interior which is nevertheless sophisticated in feel. Larissa has only ever been lightly used by the owner and his family and has never been chartered. She was however, built to comply with commercial regulations. She is now offered for sale with a new asking price of 22,500,000 Euros (ex VAT). Larissa is presently at anchor off Monaco during the Monaco Yacht Show where she is available for viewings before returning to her berth in Golfe Juan next week.
