The largest green superyachts for St Patrick’s Day

Edmiston has recently announced the sale of the 36.50-metre superyacht <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2516" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Beverley36.5m (119'9&quot;)Benetti Sail Division2009">Grand Cru III</a>, built in 2009 by the Italian shipyard Benetti Sail Division and featuring exterior design by P.B. Behage.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/156033/image/large-053a854a6157882372b788c4668cce47.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/156033">On board she accommodates up to nine guests over two twin cabins and one VIP cabin, in addition to a generous master suite. In regards to her performance, she is powered by twin Caterpillar engines of 596 hp each, providing her with a top speed of 14.5 knots, and a cruising speed of 13 knots. She has a range of 5,000 nm at 9.5 knots.Grand Cru III was sold in an in house deal at Edmiston &amp; Company, with Jonathan Barbe representing the seller and Alex Busher acting on behalf of the buyer. At the time of sale, she was listed at an asking price of €5,500,000.

P.B. Behage tells us he has renewed his World Traveller 116ft models. This renewed World Traveller is based on the design of the Benetti Sail Division Grand Cru III, but with an added wheelhouse deck.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/146971/image/large-299edf880310cfda0d0b94a17fc8dae7.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/146971">Even though the wheelhouse takes up some space from the flybrigde area, guests are still left with a sizable sundeck. The tenders have been stored forward on the main deck, leaving the sundeck to the guests. The yacht has a slender profile, despite her enormous headroom of 2.31 metres. “Grand Cru III, the first model of the World Travelers type has proven to be an all-round yacht with spacious accommodation, in a stable hull. She has performed well in all weather conditions”, Behage comments.“This particular model has also been designed for cruising in all types of weather”, Behage continues “The yacht features both heating and air conditioning systems to keep the entire area at a comfortable temperature, no matter the destination. Clients can choose from several layout options, such as a charter version, which has an owner’s cabin on the main deck, and 4 more cabins down on the lower deck, but I also developed a ‘family layout’, which will have three cabins on the lower deck, and a gym”P.B. P.B. Behage has send us his new designs for a 28.28 metre motoryacht concept, designed for worldwide exploration, based on the designer's 36.5 metre superyacht <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2516" data-legacy="true" href="#managed-by-application">Grand Cru III</a>. The yacht's hull features a round bilge with a flared fan bow section and a reversed transom.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/144180/image/large-ea6b7f4857fca22b43bfb746b96267ab.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/144180">The yacht features a large window area on the main deck to provide guests with the best outside views possible. Internal accommodation is spacious with high ceilings and a large open space for the main salon and dining room.Various layout options are available, and the 28.28 is one of five models created by the Dutch designer in this series.

Behage (Company)">P.B. Behage</a>. This yacht is powered by twin Caterpillar C18 engines, which enable her to cruise around 5,000 nautical miles at 13 knots. She can accommodate 8 guests in 4 staterooms; a large owner’s cabin, a VIP cabin and two twin cabins. The main deck houses a spacious saloon, adjoining the dining area and forward is the galley and the bridge. Grand Cru III was commissioned in May 2009 for an experienced and discerning yachtsman. Built by the renowned BenettiSailDivision shipyard in Italy, to the superb designs of P.B. Behage, with many innovative systems and features onboard. Two twin cabins are available with shower en-suites. The main salon features a large screen TV and fully integrated entertainment system with comfortable and elegant seating. Only a few weeks after the launch of the 34m Evergreen, Benetti Sail Division launched another superyacht, Grand Cru III. With her length of 36.5m she is the largest yacht build to date by this Viareggio based shipyard.
