Yalla yacht anchored in Antibes 

First announced in early 2018 with a teaser line drawing that hinted at a sporty exterior, elongated bow and dramatic sheer, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/7207" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="RIO62.0m (203'5&quot;)CRN2022">RIO</a> was destined to be something unique for the Italian shipyard <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/12" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="CRN (Company)">CRN</a>. Featuring exterior design and interior architecture from Frank Laupman of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/55" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Omega Architects (Company)">Omega Architects</a>, the yacht, which was delivered in May last year, is an evolution of a design trait Laupman has been playing with for years. With interiors from <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/12" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="CRN (Company)">CRN</a> in collaboration with <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/4774" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Pulina Exclusive Interiors (Company)">Pulina Exclusive Interiors</a>, the yacht’s interior volumes are characterised by bright, light and beachy tones, bathed in light from the floor-to-ceiling windows which wrap around the superyacht’s decks. Here we take a closer look at <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/7207" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Rio62.0m (203'5&quot;)CRN2022">Rio</a>, a fully custom superyacht which changed hands shortly before its completion and therefore one which shows a shipyard and designers ability to adapt to an entirely new set of desires in next to no time.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235402/image/large-e1a16ff327fc3ed9381a37796d345aff.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235402">One of the most characteristic features of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/7207" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="RIO62.0m (203'5&quot;)CRN2022">RIO</a> is her extremely long bow and dramatic leaning profile that elongates the vessel and gives her the presence of standing high in the water. To accentuate this specification of the first owner, Laupman and his team deviated from the expected and pulled the mast head away from the centre and toward the aft of the vessel. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235415/image/large-9bf91717d387ece5d9fc255d9f4304b1.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235415">Developing the yacht from these initial lines, Laupman and <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/12" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="CRN (Company)">CRN</a> opted for a large amount of glass, with the aforementioned floor-to-ceiling windows exaggerated further by the low bulwarks on all sides. Utilising a trait from an inspiration series created by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/55" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Omega Architects (Company)">Omega</a> for <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/12" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="CRN (Company)">CRN</a> following the launch of the 73-metre <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2749" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Yalla73.0m (239'6&quot;)CRN2014">Yalla</a> in 2014, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/7207" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="RIO62.0m (203'5&quot;)CRN2022">RIO</a> incorporates a characteristic arch to the aft, sweeping from the superstructure of the owner’s deck to the transom. A dynamic tool, the arch not only unifies the hull and main deck, but also makes the entire superstructure appear smaller and more tapered than it really is, giving the entire vessel the sense of leaning direction. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235409/image/large-c8e29ca83611d51d65894fede12aedf1.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235409">Laupman explained, “The risk with an arch in this position is that it could intrude into your view from the aft deck, which is why the arches are hollow, allowing the eye to pass through them, while still retaining this interesting disruption of the hull line that creates a unique and special appearance.” With echoes of this distinctive arch visible in other <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/55" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Omega Architects (Company)">Omega</a> designs, a dramatic example being the 65-metre <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/54" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Heesen Yachts (Company)">Heesen</a> superyacht <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/3676" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Illusion65.0m (213'3&quot;)Heesen Yachts2013">Galactica Star</a>, now Illusion, it is clear to see how the motif has evolved over the years; on Rio this results in a more upright and angular feature. <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235436/image/large-4bdbd06be6d583bc5f606c0f8b9e98f7.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235436"><img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235435/image/large-ff6fd4dad7ebd2954231e6c94bd4a872.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235435">Offering an elegant support for the owner’s deck aft, the archway has allowed Laupman to pull the overhang further aft and elongate it without visually impeding on the profile of the superyacht. This owner’s deck aft is home, as is custom now, to a large dining table, lounge chairs and sunbeds, while the foredeck features a private owner’s Jacuzzi and lounge area with an awning and table, utilising that elongated bow.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235434/image/large-5060b2bc586ee9d020bf646e3e509343.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235434">While the uppermost aft deck area is dedicated to the guests, the main access point is an external stairwell which leads from the owner’s deck. This is because the internal volumes are dedicated to the technical management of the yacht, with the interiors home to the emergency generator, captain’s cabin, first officers cabin, pantry and wheelhouse.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235413/image/large-fbd242d3e73f9226f8aa0b95cf67fd5c.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235413">Laupman has unified the design of this technical deck with the entire form of the vessel with the use of a number of clever motifs. The wing stations on either side of the vessel have been defined as separate forms which protrude from the superstructure at graphic angles and catch the light. Laupman explained, “the wing stations are a hard form with a sideways angle which are integrated with the visors over the windows that accentuate the entire feeling of the yacht ‘tumbling home’.” These lines are then balanced by another, gentler arch at the aft of the upper deck glazing, which adds yet another dynamic touch to the yacht’s exterior profile.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235422/image/large-c19dfe91444942dc3920d242dc9e990d.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235422">When it comes to her interiors, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/7207" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="RIO62.0m (203'5&quot;)CRN2022">RIO</a> has been carefully configured by <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/55" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Omega Architects (Company)">Omega</a> to emphasise a flowing sense of interior-exterior harmony, while <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/12" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="CRN (Company)">CRN</a> and <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/4774" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Pulina Exclusive Interiors (Company)">Pulina</a> have created an interior styling that brings to life the owner’s wishes for bright spaces and a happy atmosphere. Alessandro Pulina commented, “The concept of the yacht was Tropical Mood, as prevailing upbeat white tones forming a backdrop throughout are set off with lively pops of colour. We wanted to create a sort of colourful and exotic amusement park inside the yacht, with unique art selections and decorations, made to measure with the ever-changing experiences inside the vessel.” <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235423/image/large-e7e204566d38ecc7fa7fc7b9a42eaadb.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235423"><a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/12" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="CRN (Company)">CRN</a> added, “The preferred woods are American walnut and white lacquered oak in staves, selected respectively for the floors and walls all through the yacht. Crema d’Orcia and Calacatta Vagli Oro marbles were chosen for the bathrooms, chiming with the predominant light hues. The most vivid notes come from other marbles: the blues of the Azul Macauba in the saloons and the mossy Irish Green in the outdoor bars light up the spaces with colour combinations that vaunt a decidedly marine vibe.”<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235444/image/large-f465bb43e7905145e9f3c680c7c572f0.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235444"><img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235445/image/large-7796ccf33d4784b54ae10491edba77ff.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235445">Diverging from the standard saloon layout, guests enter from the aft deck sliding doors where they are greeted by a standing bar, the dining table and then the lounge area with a huge TV and integrated stereo system. The bar at the entrance to the interiors creates a sense of conviviality, by greeting guests with a social and welcoming atmosphere and acting as a bridge between the exterior and the dining area. This is then maximised by the bespoke round drum table that can accommodate as many as 12 guests. This opening decision sets the tone for the entire interior, which is truly focused on the entertainment of guests and the creation of unique spaces to enjoy with friends and family.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235442/image/large-0fbd5b301b4deffc937aa0226656e5a4.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235442"><img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235443/image/large-22b3267e48a0cee25fa40d9db67f46cc.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235443">With six guest staterooms, including a full beam owner’s suite on the owner’s deck, a full beam master on the main deck and four lower deck staterooms, all with their own ensuite bathrooms. While the owner’s suite and master staterooms align with the bright and beachy style of the main deck and sky lounge, the lower deck staterooms have each been styled in playful tones and prints.<img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235429/image/large-d4df958ddb0be3944377aa2f4d504559.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235429"><img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235426/image/large-94b81ba6edc981a33666d4b51550def2.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235426">A representative of <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/12" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="CRN (Company)">CRN</a> explained, “The owner and his family were directly involved in the styling and design process of the staterooms, in fact each cabin was made to measure to meet personal desires of each guest; one of the owner’s express request was to have bright spaces and a happy atmosphere full of colours for the younger family members especially. For this reason each guest cabin has white lacquered-oak staved walls that are enlivened with dashes of colour. Each stateroom is finished differently, personalised with its own colour scheme – red/brown, green/blue and pastel green – for the wall panels, profiling and furnishings.” <img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235446/image/large-c3c26641f9c4aa122d8e0f97d1e60522.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235446"><img src="https://photo-assets.superyachttimes.com/photo/235447/image/large-fd2a510963844b87d6d99cfdf10556bc.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/235447">Alessandro Pulina highlighted some of the fully custom elements to the interior, noting, “An impressive detail would be the presence of 9,000 slats, used to create the walls of the yacht, together with interesting curve elements made by hand. Every wall is characterised by a linear led illumination which highlights all these slats continuously and accentuates the shadows and light. It is no surprise that her owner commissioned <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/55" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Omega Architects (Company)">Omega</a> to design his new yacht, as he previously owned another yacht called <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/277" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Yalla46.7m (153'3&quot;)Heesen Yachts2004">Yalla</a> that was designed by the same Dutch design firm. Onboard, the superyacht has many standout features such as the dedicated wellness area on the lower deck, complete with beach club and swimming pool. Powered by twin CAT 3512B engines of 1,573 horsepower each, <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2749" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Yalla73.0m (239'6&quot;)CRN Spa2014">Yalla</a> can reach a top speed of 18.5 knots and her 5,500 nautical mile range means that nearly any destination is within reach for her 12 guests.

The owner was represented by Antonello Vittorio Meloni at the Genevese multi-family office Finakey SA.The new project features a design by Frank Laupman’s <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/55" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Omega Architects (Company)">Omega Architects</a>, the studio who created the concept together with the <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/12" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="CRN Spa (Company)">CRN</a> Technical Office. This will be <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/12" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="CRN Spa (Company)">CRN’s</a> third collaboration with the Dutch designer who also created the 73-metre <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2749" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Yalla73.0m (239'6&quot;)CRN Spa2014">Yalla</a> from 2014. The Italian artists at <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/1156" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Studio Massari Interior Architecture and Design (Company)">Massari Design</a> are behind the interior design of the vessel.&nbsp;The low-profile tri-deck motor yacht has been designed as a celebration of the outdoors with ample space dedicated to exterior guests areas. Over the past weeks, with many work-at-home movements encouraging people to keep human interaction at a minimum, many are faced with new work environments as a reality of the current global health situation. But what if your office happens to be a superyacht? As the global COVID-19 pandemic forces governments to implement stricter lockdown measures, we check in with crew members to see how this outbreak is affecting their life living and working on the high seas. Captain Mark Delstanche gives us the lowdown on what life is like on board the 73-metre <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/12" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="CRN Spa (Company)">CRN</a> motor yacht <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2749" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Yalla73.0m (239'6&quot;)CRN Spa2014">Yalla</a> at the moment, plus details of his preparations to be the first person to row across the Atlantic from New York to London.<img src="/uploads/store/photo/52318/image/large-5cf8445eaaef7c7457d241581476e769.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/52318">What is your current location and what measures have been put in place in your area related to the spread of COVID-19?We are currently in La Ciotat and are adhering to French Government guidelines. The crew are having to stay close to the yacht in groups of no more than two and leave only for exercise or to get essential supplies.&nbsp;We have just received a set of COVID-19 testing kits so that any new crew coming to the yacht will be tested by a crew member wearing PPE on the dock prior to boarding. The test only takes 10 minutes so is no hardship. Crew’s temperatures are monitored twice daily and no crew are allowed to come in contact with anyone other than their own crew members.<img src="/uploads/store/photo/115703/image/large-efb1854857cb9fe10f9f9d270232e5cd.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/115703">How has the outbreak affected crew life on board? Are there any new regulations crew have to comply with?&nbsp;Though obviously movements are very restricted, the lockdown hasn’t been without its positives. We tend to always rush in a never-ending cycle of finishing a season, packing up, unpacking and preparing to go again with a bit of a yard period in between with little chance to take stock. The restriction of movement and the inability to have the owner on board has meant that we have had time to catch up with all of the little jobs that we’ve been meaning to do but have just not found the time to get to.Crew life on board is also not without its benefits. Most of the crew have used the time to do some exercise or learn a new language. I have noticed they have stopped going to their cabins to stare at their phones at the end of the day and instead, prefer to hang out in the crew mess, play cards and board games and come up with other entertainment such as a quiz night. It is a good way to learn how to stop worrying about the things that you can’t do, embrace the things that you can and look for the positives. <img src="/uploads/store/photo/34647/image/large-9028abbd5ad0c017d4cb5cd141fa7cfb.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/34647">How do you foresee COVID-19 affecting Yalla’s scheduled itinerary over the coming weeks/months?&nbsp;Nobody really knows. The owner is very keen to get on board so I am sure that as soon as the current restrictions are eased, it will be business as usual for us. 11 May has been set as the date in France when the restrictions will be reduced but how it will affect us is still, of course, unclear.Life on board with the guests may be very different. Firstly, if all restaurants and bars are to be the last businesses to reopen it will have a massive impact on guest activities, as enjoying time ashore forms a great part of what our guests like to do.<img src="/uploads/store/photo/119238/image/large-3ecbbcde4981b893426db2109981c5e5.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/119238">Is there anything else you are looking forward to?Yes, in fact, I am hoping to be the first person to row solo from New York to London. Nobody has yet managed to row solo from New York to the UK mainland, let alone carrying on up the English Channel and then up the Thames Estuary to London!&nbsp;I’ve been a keen adventurer for the past 15 years and a rower for the past 30 and so whilst in my tent at the Everest Base Camp in 2010, I was wondering what to do next when I decided to row an ocean solo. Originally the idea was to row the ‘trade winds route’ from the Canaries to the Caribbean however, having completed a row to the Magnetic North Pole in 2011, I decided to aim for something a bit tougher that had not been achieved before.I’m hoping to complete the row in 100 days, however, I’m preparing for it to take anything up to 150 days as conditions in the North Atlantic are changeable at best and being in a boat that’s only travelling at 2 knots doesn’t give me many options of getting out of the way of adverse conditions. The concept of the boat I will be using is a bit different to most ocean rowing boats as effectively it is a rowing machine with a propellor! I’m hoping to carry out sea trials and extensive testing along the South Coast of the UK this summer.I’m rowing for an ocean plastics charity called Plastic Ocean Project. I’m hoping to make some money for them and we’re currently working together to look at the feasibility of taking samples for them for the duration of the voyage. Ahead of his solo row across the Atlantic, Captain Mark Delstanche talks to SYT about crew life & coronavirus.

She is CRN’s first yacht to have been designed by Omega Architects, with Droulers Architecture responsible for her interiors. It is no surprise that her owner commissioned Omega to design his new yacht, as he previously owned another yacht called <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/277" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Yalla46.7m (153'3&quot;)">Yalla</a> that was designed by the same Dutch design firm. <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Yacht/2749" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Yalla73.0m (239'6&quot;)">Yalla</a> accommodates up to 12 guests over six cabins, as well as 22 crew members and amongst her many features on board is a dedicated wellness area on the lower deck, complete with beach club and swimming pool. She is powered by twin CAT 3512B engines of 1,573 hp each that gives her a top speed of 18.5 knots.

Superyacht Yalla arriving in Monaco 

The Italian shipyard CRN has announced the sale of a new 62-metre fully-custom project designed by the Dutch design studio Omega Architects.&nbsp;<img src="/uploads/store/photo/23399/image/large-65f728d56ec63728a92f717b356f5927.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/23399">While Omega Architects will be responsible for the exterior concept, the Italian design firm Pulina DNA will be responsible for the interior design.&nbsp;Characterised by sporty and sleek exterior lines, CRN’s new fully-custom yacht aims to combine a large size and impressive performance with precise attention to detail in her design. CRN has previously collaborated with Omega Architects in 2014 on the creation of the 73-metre superyacht Yalla.&nbsp; CRN has three other vessels in build: a 50-metre vessel to be launched this February, a 79-metre superyacht, CRN 135 and a 62-metre CRN 137.

The 73m CRN superyacht Yalla in Gibraltar

The 119 metre Blohm &amp; Voss built superyacht A is currently hauled out at Palumbo Shipyard where the entire yacht will be covered and prepared for a new coat of paint. Other routine maintenance works will be performed over the winter period. Maltes Falcon for instance is back in Malta where she will be prepared for her 10 year Lloyds survey.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/157386/image/large-8840ee34f9f53c92aa86a35e5088ae1f.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/157386">At Palumbo’s ITM shipyard in Marseille, business has been good over the past season with visits from the 70m Skat, 55m Steel, 60m Slipstream and 71m Titania, who is currently in Abu Dhabi. The 74 metre CRN superyacht Yalla and 78 metre Royal Denship Pegasus VIII too made use of the yard’s facilities and expertise recently. The facility located in the south of France has become very popular thanks to its four dry docks ranging from 80 to 126 metres in length, and an overall surface of 1200 square metres.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/157387/image/large-a73114721e8d82b9840a078ec9acb727.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/157387">Palumbo reports that significant resources are going into the development of their facilities in Marseilles and Malta to make the experience more attractive for crew. Superyacht Yalla at the Monaco Yacht Show

Three of CRN’s latest superyachts will be on displayed at this year’s Monaco Yacht Show. A unique feature onboard includes the exclusive Owner’s deck. This special suite is located forward on the upper deck, which looks out over a spacious outdoor area with a private swimming pool. In May 2014 the CRN shipyard in Ancona launched her, and she was christened Yalla. The exterior lines of Yalla have been designed by Omega Architects, who were also responsible for the owner's previous yacht, a 46.70 metre Heesen. Droulers Architecture has designed the new Yalla's interior. Amongst Yalla's features are a large pool area in the yacht's stern. Younique Yachts delivered a 9.5 metre superyacht tender to superyacht Yalla earlier this year. 9.5 Metre superyacht tender by Younique Yachts

In May 2014 the CRN shipyard in Ancona launched the 73 metre superyacht Yalla. The exterior lines of Yalla have been designed by Omega Architects and Droulers Architecture has designed her interior. Over 1,000 people attended Saturday’s launch ceremony of the new 73 metre CRN Yalla. The yacht is designed by Omega Architects, in close collaboration with the CRN Engineering Department, and Yalla features an interior by Droulers Architecture.<iframe allowfullscreen="" frameborder="0" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/V0M0qZi7NmM" width="560"></iframe>Lamberto Tacoli, Chairman and CEO of CRN, commented: “Following the launch of M/Y CRN 133 61 m, a few months ago, we are proud to celebrate the launch of the new Yalla of 73 m, which represents a challenge and an objective for the whole CRN shipyard. Yalla will mark another important result for the development of CRN in the world. A sincere thanks for the trust of the Owner and for the work of all employees and subcontractors who have worked on the project, to the architects Franck Laupman of Omega Architects and to Droulers Architecture. One of our readers has send us this photo, which shows that CRN is preparing the launch of the 73 metre superyacht project 132, named Yalla. Exclusive: CRN preparing the launch of 73m superyacht Yalla

CRN has announced that they have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with a Chinese client for a 68 metres superyacht. Even though the Letter of Intent is not the same as a signed contract, it is a sign that a contract will be signed soon. <img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/147105/image/large-7731eb705c2f338c0524446a295aa0e1.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/147105">Once a contract, it will be the biggest vessel ever sold by CRN and Ferretti Group in China. The LOI was signed on 14th January in Weifang. The yacht is designed by Zuccon International ProjectCRN further emphazises its connection to China, by also taking part in the Hainan Rendez-Vous 2014, a high luxury event that will take place between 27 – 30th March in Sanya.At the moment 6 superyachts are being manufactured at the Ancona shipyard, the 74 metre CRN 131 designed by Zuccon International Project, the 73 metre CRN 132 designed by Omega Architects, the 60 metre CRN 133, designed by Francesco Paszkowski Design, and the 55 metre CRN 134 designed by Nuvolari &amp; Lenard. CRN signs Letter of Intent with a Chinese client for 68m superyacht

Yesterday CRN presented their new line of superyachts “DO”, which stands for DislOpen (Displacement / Open) and during the press conference in London, CRN Chairman and Chief Sales &amp; Marketing Officer of the Ferretti Group Lamberto Tacoli, also announced that the company had signed a contract for a new 73 metre motor yacht a few weeks ago. As per the owners request details will remain under wraps, however Lamberto Tacoli said that it will be a very special superyacht with several “James Bond” features. CRN hull number 132 will be due for delivery in 2014.
