IYC has announced the sale of the 43.8-metre motor yacht Mim, with Mark Elliott representing the seller in the deal. Jeremy Comport from Ocean Independence and Neil Emmott from Superyacht Sales and Charter represented the buyer. 
Photo: IYCBuilt and designed inside and out by the American yard Burger Boat Company in 2006, Mim (formerly known as Maghreb V) underwent a major refit in 2017 and has been maintained in excellent condition throughout her lifespan.

Photo: IYC YachtsWith a volume just shy of 500 GT (499), motor yacht Mim provides accommodation for up to 14 guests across seven ensuite staterooms: a main deck master suite, a VIP on the sky deck and three doubles and two twin cabins located below. A crew of up to 10 is also housed on board.

Photo: IYC YachtsHer interior is traditionally styled as ‘classic contemporary’, with warm African cherry wood found throughout, as well as accents of Amboyna burlwood and bursts of colour. Her entrance lobby features a glass elevator surrounded by a bronze and glass spiral staircase that connects the guest accommodation deck, skylounge, bridge and VIP cabin.

This leads out to an alfresco dining space with seating for 12 with a retractable roof.
Mim's sundeck is another of the vessel's highlights and includes a large Jacuzzi, lounge seating, sunpads, wet bar, BBQ and hardtop shelter.
