The company expects to reach consolidated revenues of €450 million by the end of 2025.The Group’s acquisition programme, which began in 2021, has brought nine companies under the De Wave umbrella to date. These also include Mobil Line, S.E.R., <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/6367" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Tec-Navi (Company)">Tecnavi</a>, Wingeco, and Inoxking, each contributing key expertise across yacht interiors, HVAC systems, glass and steel fabrication and galley equipment manufacturing.“Ours is a highly specialised sector in which craftsmanship and know-how remain the true added value of production, and these cannot be replicated by any AI-powered virtual assistant,” concluded Pompili.
