63-metre Feadship superyacht Virginian has left the Atlantic Refit Center (ARC), located in La Rochelle, France, after completing her extensive refit with successful sea trials.
The motor yacht, which was first delivered in 1991, entered ARC’s expansive dry dock in October 2023. Following a refit period that spanned over five and a half months, as well as sea trials, she is all set to embark on a cruise through the Mediterranean.
“This 5-and-a-half-month refit period has been very intense and successful, especially on the engineering side, with our two MAN main engines being completely overhauled. The relationship with ARC’s project manager team has been one of the best for me as fleet captain and I will enjoy returning,” commented Owner’s Representative and Fleet Captain Paul Neill.
“Thanks again to Fleet Captain Paul Neill and his team. This has been a real pleasure to work for, and with them, and the owner. This iconic vessel needs a lot of attention due to her age and we were committed to deliver the best every day,” added Stéphane Marcelli, CEO of Atlantic Refit Center.
