The 37-metre motor yacht <a href="/yachts/avante-v" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Avante V36.64m (120'3&quot;)Feadship1974">Avante V&nbsp;</a>has been sold in an in-house deal, with <a href="/companies/iyc" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="IYC (Company)">IYC's</a> Bob O'Brien representing the seller and Michael Rafferty representing the buyer in the deal respectively. Built by <a href="/companies/feadship" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Feadship (Company)">Feadship</a> in the Netherlands in 1974, the vessel underwent an extensive refit in 2017 and has been maintained in turnkey condition throughout her lifespan. <img src="https://d3w3pid64ak8v.cloudfront.net/photo/72770/image/large-b604d8f3e92e58f249d547491f7ae5a0.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/72770">Previously cruising under the names of Tradition&nbsp;and Emerald K,&nbsp;the 227 GT motor yacht<a href="/yachts/avante-v" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Avante V36.64m (120'3&quot;)Feadship1974">&nbsp;Avante V</a>&nbsp;was custom designed by <a href="/companies/de-voogt" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="De Voogt Naval Architects (Company)">De Voogt Naval Architects</a>.
