Charles Carveles from <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/124" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Edmiston (Company)">Edmiston</a>&nbsp; and John Cohen from <a data-gid="gid://syiq/Company/322" href="#managed-by-system" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" title="Merle Wood & Associates, Inc. (Company)">Merle Wood</a> represented the seller during these negotiations. She has been well maintained throughout her 19 years of seafaring, and undergone numerous refits and makeovers. At just over 43 metres , she features three full decks, whilst maintaining the signature Cantieri di Pisa look. Superyacht Cap de Quers features a substantial owner’s suite on upper deck , and a large main deck VIP cabin forward , as well as 6 further cabins. Her interior decor uses sanded, darkened and waxed teak combined with cream carpets and ceilings.

Element was delivered in 2002 by Cantieri di Pisa in Italy and has a warm and inviting yet contemporary interior styling, incorporating a range of neutral tones and textures which serve to create a calm and relaxing environment. Her elegant, light and spacious interior offers accommodation for 12 guests in 6 cabins. Although she strongly resembles the other Cantieri di Pisa's of the same age, her size and looks are deceptive, Element offers much more space onboard, thanks to an extra deck. Aft of the wheelhouse there is a full beam upper deck salon, and an extra aft deck. The Festival de la Plaisance in September so far sees Oceanstyle welcoming six of their (co)central sales listings at the yacht show. They are superyachts Dream On, Blink, Margaret Ann, Element, Miss Rose, and the smallest of the fleet, Cristal. In this preview we have a closer look at 4 of them.Oceanstyle and Burgess recently took over the joint central agency for the sale of superyacht Dream On, and announced a significant price reduction. Dream On's asking price has been lowered from € 12,400,000 to € 9,500,000. Major price reduction for sale of superyacht Element

Ocean Independence (OCI) Antibes based Jeroen Minnema working on behalf of the seller and Zürich based Axel Douqué on behalf of the buyer sold the 31m Astondoa Celtic Dawn. Launched in 2003 and refitted in 2005 Celtic Dawn sleeps eight guests in four cabins and has been listed for sale with OCI for less than 5 months. Following closely after, Marc Haendle at OCI Palma sold the 32.25m CRN, La Alteana. Ocean Independence sells 2 and signs 6 new superyachts for sale

Aft of the wheelhouse there is a full beam upper deck salon, and an extra aft deck. We had the pleasure of visiting Element during the recent Genoa Charter Show, and she is in pristine condition. Element off Cap Ferrat

The new service facility of Monaco Marine La Ciotat opened its doors to megayachts at the end of April 2007. Vincent Larroque, director of the shipyard, is proud to report a very active first 9 months of activity, with no less than 25 hauling out, and a very tight schedule for the beginning of 2008.<img alt="" src="https://syt-store-production.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/photo/123778/image/large-431490642cdacc69b27fc6ca86f7578d.jpg" data-gid="gid://syiq/Photo/123778">The site covers a total area of 35.000 square meters, with 2 200 square meters dedicated to offices and workshops. The 2000 ton Yachtlift® is positioned sideways against the quay feeding a large transfer and storage system on rails, giving maximum versatility and speed of operation.
