She was a most unusual superyacht, featuring a non symetrical superstructure, as well as a landing pad on her bow, for a hot air balloon. At a later stage her sundeck was extended during a refit. Her exterior lines were designed by Gerhard Gilgenast and John Munford designed her interior. Burgess and Bernard Gallay Yacht Brokerage have sold superyacht Shandor. Shandor was built by the Schweers shipyard in 1986 as Margaux Rose under the supervision of the late Claus Kusch. Superyacht explorer Shandor sold 

SYT editor Maarten Janssen is currently visiting the MYBA Charter Show 2011 in Genoa to inspect the latest charter yachts.
